Breath Breathing Exercise: This training is all about inhaling and exhaling according to a set time interval. Choose from three breathing patterns: 4-2-4-2, 4-4-4-4, or 8-8-8-8 (where the numbers represent seconds for inhale-pause-exhale-pause). Place your phone on your stomach so the app can track your breathing, and the AI can make calculations as precise as possible. This powerful psychological technique is known as the Square.
Listen Sessions: In this mode, all you need to do is listen to the provided content. Users earn fewer rewards here, as this type of training is the least effective.
“Walk”: A format you are already familiar with, as walking is a natural action we do every day. The system tracks your real-time activity and relies on changes in geolocation during your walk.
